What to Expect

• The initial evaluation will last one hour. We will go over your history, discuss your complaints and goals. I will perform several physical and/or somatic assessments based on which together we will co-create a plan of care specific to your needs, goals, and desires.

• We will discuss whether an internal pelvic exam is indicated for you at the time of the initial evaluation. We will proceed at your comfort level and you may pause or stop the session at any point. I will explain all procedures and answer questions along the way.

• Follow-up sessions will typically last one hour. The frequency and length of the course will depend on a number of things which we will discuss during your initial evaluation.

• Online session will take place over Google Meet.

Policies 

• Pelvica is a fee-for-service clinic -the payment is collected at the time of the services provided.

• Pelvica is not contracted with private insurance providers or Medicare.

• Paperwork should be completed ahead of the first appointment through the provided link.

• Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required.
